My father, André Marionnet, already produced this eau-de-vie for his family and friends. Today, I’m keeping this tradition, and I wish to have all the gourmets worldwide know it. This true nectar, which is refined and elegant, comes from a specific know-how, something almost magic that springs from the love for a well-done job.

The pure distillation of the fruit is made in a traditional still, which enables to get the best of the fruit and to extract its very essence.
Its taste is unique and lasts long in the mouth.
It should be tasted after drinking coffee directly in the cup or on crushed ice. This unique eau-de-vie will exalt your desserts.

Production

The raspberries are poured in casks and ferment while the must matures for at least six months. Then comes distillation. An itinerant distiller, like my father was, comes to us with a steam copper still. Several months are necessary to let the flavours develop before bottling.
